11.7% Not 95%

The Panhandle Health District is posting about "the shot" again. I believe their percentages to be wrong.

I took 199,516 (total statewide cases) and divided it by 1.7 million (Aprox. total population of Idaho). The result is 11.7% Not sure how the director got to 95%.
