Allen Banks, a Panhandle Health District Board of Trustees Member, passed away recently. He will be missed. He had so much knowledge and researched things so deeply. He was graceful and firm in the facts when talking about test, shots, and what the role of a health district is in terms of mandates. He will be missed.
