Black Lives Matter is Government?

"My Interests Survey", given to middle school students in the Coeur d'Alene School District.

Most of the survey is typical. When you get to the section about government, Black Lives Matter is listed. Since when is Black Lives Matter part of the government? Not biased, right?

Also in the survery: climate change, vaccinations, yoga, and transportation emissions. Would 6th, 7th, and 8th graders be interested in this subject?
