"Those who are criticizing Sheriff Norris for the handling of the inexcusable Breach of the Peace at the KCRCC Town Hall, held at Coeur d'Alene High School on Saturday, would do well to read Idaho Code §31-2202, taking particular note of Paragraphs (1)(2) (3) and (5).
The Toothsome Loon, that caused the Breach of the Peace, knew full well that it was our County Sheriff who had warned her against disturbing the Town Hall, ordered her to leave the venue and ultimately summoned the assistance of the Private Security personnel, to effect an arrest, cannot now claim she didn't know who they were. The video posted on social media puts the lie to her claims.
She knew she was dealing directly with the elected Sheriff; she knew he had command[ed] the aid of as many inhabitants of the county (Security Guards, on scene) as he thought necessary to suppress her breach of the peace.
Thank you to the Sheriff, the Security Guards, the KCRCC and the local electorate in attendance, for standing up for everyone's First Amendment Right to Freedom of Speech!
