Here are screenshots of the 5 year priority list for maintenance items that the CDA School District came up with. Note at the top it says, "priority projects to be funded if proposed levy passes March 14th."
Why has the CDA school district not been saving up money for roof replacement? Some of the items are expected to happen and the district should have been saving up to replace them.
