Thank you to the person who sent me this response they received from a CDA School District Board of Trustee member.
This emergency levy if it happens is a tax increase that does not go before the voters. It covers the difference in cost for the school district if attendance is up. Why does Idaho law allow this? Shouldn't the school districts be dipping into their reserves for stuff like this?
