North Idaho College referenced video I published in their response to the complain filed by IHRI/Ms. Wood.
"The public video included edited footage of a closed meeting of the Faculty Assembly and provided subtitled commentary. These incidents, in particular, highlight the fear constituent groups have for potential exposure and retaliation for participating in open dialogue."
Notice that the voters and taxpayers are not a constituent group. The report is referring to employees of NIC. No where in the report are the taxpayers of Kootenai County referred to. It is the biggest contituent group!
Also, the media sources are mostly the CDA Press and the Spokesman Review. They both favor Ms. Woods and have shown their bias against Mr. Banducci.
