Tom Luna is the former Idaho Republican Party chair.
His radio program when he was chair did not properly disclose who was paying for the program. Additionally it was not disclosed that some of the sponsors made political contributions.
The FCC has now fined two companies $500,000. It will be interesting to see if the Idaho Secretary of State fines them too.
