Hayden Planning & Zoning is asking for public comment at their hearing on the Hayden Sky Final Planned Unit Development.
When/Where: Monday, February 24, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers.
Hayden Sky is at the North East Corner of Huetter and Hayden Avenues. The development will be 127.5 acres.
Gross density of the annexed area is limited to four dwelling units per acre, with a total of 411 dwelling units. Plans for the development include:
Roughly 15.5 acres parkland and open space
8 acres industrial
299 single family homes
96 large townhomes
16 small townhomes
