This member of the Idaho House Ethics Committee says - "A valid complaint doesn't mean guilty or not guilty, nor does an invalid complaint mean guilty or not guilty."
This means the committee can only recommend. They can not determine guilty or not guilty. A vote of the whole Idaho House is what determines that. The odds of that happening before January 2022 are low.
