Idaho State Senator Brent Hill speaking about the House Resolution to end the Governor's Emergency Proclamation. He points out that it does not terminate the mandates in various parts of Idaho.
Mr. Hill says, "If we cancelled the state of emergency we would forfeit tens of thousands of dollars that President Trump and Congress have set aside." He also says that he believes the House Resolution is unconstitutional.
