North Idaho College President Candidate Nick Swayze gives a non-answer, answer to the question about mask mandates at North Idaho College. NIC Trustee McKenzie pointed out that the other trustees had asked multiple questions but they had not asked any of Trustee Banducci's questions that he had given them earlier.
