North Idaho College Motion For Reconsideration - Declaration from South

"On Friday March 17th, North Idaho College filed an appeal against President Nick Swayne, claiming that the court had no legal right to bypass NIC policy, arguing that Swaynes Case Is “Unlikely to Prevail on the Merits” arguing that the board had the right to do so."
