Panhandle Health Board Meeting Covid - Discussion and Vote on Mask Mandate - 10/22/20

Panhandle Health Board Chairman states that there are lots of exceptions to the Mask Mandate. Said the letter for the mask mandate far exceed ones against. Bailey makes a motion to get rid of the mask mandate, and go back to the July 8th recommendation that the Panhandle Health Board made.

Banks, Bailey, Kirby, and Fitzgerald vote to end the mandate. Nelson, McLandress, and Thompson voted against ending the mask mandate.
