Petty Actions at the Coeur d'Alene School Board Meeting

Updated: Nov 29, 2021

This is from multiple residents at the Coeur d'Alene School Board Meeting on September 9th.

At the meeting CDA resident Ann Seddon was circulating a petition for people to sign showing opposition to Critical Race Theory. The clipboard was passed around, then it disappeared.

When Mrs. Seddon got up to address the board she asked that her clipboard and the petition be returned. It was not returned. Later Seddon saw a woman with the clipboard. (Picture below) The woman refused to return it. Seddon then talked with the policeman that was on site. He asked the woman to give back the clipboard. She huffed, returned the clipboard, and left.

After some research the woman in question appears to be Teresa Borrenphol. She lives in Post Falls and had an unsuccessful campaign for Idaho State Representative in 2019.

Thank you to the police officer who helped get the clipboard returned. Shame on Borrenphol for taking, hiding, and then needing a police officer to motivate her to do the right thing.
