1)People do not have a right to access obscene material with taxpayer money.
2)The first amendment doesn’t protect the ability to access topics that go against Idaho law regarding obscene material.
3)When taxpayer money is used instead of private money, the government has the obligation to follow the law.
4)Why is protecting minor children from obscene material considered vitriol? There are real world consequences for minors who regularly read obscene material.
5)Why does a marginalized community want to minors to access obscene material? Can’t a marginalized community get relatable material that doesn’t violate Idaho law on obscenity?
