This clip is from a discussion about moving the President Primary every four years from March to May. Notice how Idaho Senator Winder, a Republican in name only in my opinion, goes off on rating and vetting of candidates. Making sure people adhere to a platform and free association are two different things.
Looks like the KCRCC's rating and vetting program is effective.
