Here is some video from Bonner County Commissioner Omodt trespassing Bowman from the commissioner business meeting on February 6, 2024. The Sandpoint Police and Bonner County Sheriff refused to trespass Bowman. Commissioner Omodt ended up doing a citizens arrest.
Posting this so those of us that were not in attendance can gain more context. It appears that Bowman didn't say anything just sat in the audience, then Omodt asked for him to be trespassed.
