John and Summer go over some of the highlights of the 2023 Idaho Legislative session. They discuss bills that were passed and bills that were vetoed by the Governor.

S1029 – prohibits CPS from using a child’s immunization status in court.
H 11 – Idaho Secretary of State can not use private money like Zuker bucks.
H124 – Student ID cards are no longer on the list of acceptable ID’s to show for voting.
S1005 – daycare facilites must inform parents that there are immunization exmeption forms.
H66 – If you falsely report abuse or neglect of a child you can be charged with a misdemeanor.
S1100 – bathroom guidelines for all public schools
H186 – execution by firing squad is an option
H244 – in person visitation rights for residents of care facilities
